Rather, she has a place within the Masjid and she has a status within the society. She has a status within the home and she has a right as it relates to the inheritance; she has a right as it relates to buying and selling and ownership. She may own that which Allāh permits for her to own. Thus is the woman within Al-Islām and this is her status.
